Welcome to kl360, the online sports betting and entertainment platform operating for the Malaysian market. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the kl360 website or app, you automatically acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to fully comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using the kl360 platform immediately. kl360 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full kl360 services, you must register a valid account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, and an active Malaysian phone number.

One user, one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited. kl360 reserves the right to suspend or close duplicate accounts without refunding balances.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
Do not share your login information with any third parties.
Any activity conducted under your account is your sole responsibility.
If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the kl360 support team immediately.
Kl360 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from the user's negligence in safeguarding account information.

Identity verification may be required during withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected on your account.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a kl360 user, you agree to use this platform responsibly and comply with all set rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kl360 platform:

Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or exploit the platform.
Engaging in fraud, result manipulation, or any form of illegal collusion to gain an unfair advantage.
Abusing promotions or bonuses in ways that contradict their original intent.

Kl360 reserves the right to investigate any complaints and take appropriate actions, including account suspension, fund freezing, and reporting to relevant authorities if necessary.

Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)

All transactions on the kl360 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring the bank account or e-wallet details you submit are accurate and belong to you.

Minimum and maximum deposits are subject to current policies which may change without prior notice.
Withdrawals can only be made to verified accounts under the same name as your kl360 account.
Kl360 does not accept transfers to or from third-party accounts.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen payment method and the banks involved.
Kl360 reserves the right to withhold or suspend any transactions suspected of involving suspicious or fraudulent activity.
Any fees or charges imposed by banks are the sole responsibility of the user.

If there are any transaction disputes, please contact the kl360 support team within 72 hours from the date of the transaction. Disputes submitted after this period may not be processed.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

Liability Limits: kl360 is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses experienced by users arising from the use of this platform, including technical interruptions, data loss, or internet connection issues. The platform is provided "as is" and kl360 does not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

Intellectual Property: All content on the kl360 platform, including logos, designs, graphics, text, and software, is the exclusive property of kl360 and protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using any content without written permission from kl360.

Third-Party Links: The kl360 platform may contain links to third-party websites. kl360 is not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of such websites. Accessing third-party sites is at the user's own risk.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy: kl360 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice if:

Users violating any provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
There are suspected activities involving fraud, money laundering, or manipulation of the platform.
Users found providing false information during registration.
Accounts inactive for a period exceeding the limits set by kl360’s internal policy.

Account balances in accounts closed due to Term violations may not be refunded depending on the outcome of internal investigations.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Laws

Kl360 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via the platform or email. It is the user's responsibility to regularly review the Terms & Conditions.

Applicable Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the kl360 platform shall first be resolved through sincere negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent Malaysian courts.

If any provision of this document is found invalid or unenforceable by a court, that provision will be severed to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
